Return Eligibility for Retail Purchases
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition with a receipt from our website within 30 days of purchase. Credit card purchases will be credited as sold.
Easy Flat Rate Returns
Returns are simple with Pajamas with Love! If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any of your purchased items you may initiate a return by emailing email@example.com - be sure to include your order number, the reason for the return, and list the items to be returned.
Once the eligible returned items are received the refund will be processed. We will only be able to credit merchandise that is physically received by our warehouse.
- Make a copy of the invoice that was sent with your package for your records.
- Circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

- Affix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
- Take the package to your nearest drop off location
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement.

Exchange by Mail
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition with a receipt from our website within 30 days of purchase. Please contact Customer Service with any questions or concerns. Returns must be shipped prepaid and your return shipping cost is not reimbursable. Upon receipt of your return we will credit your account for all eligible product returned. Outbound shipping cost will not be refunded.
Changes and Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 715.246.4641 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
* If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
** Once the initial non-refundable payment is processed for a private label purchase, cancellation will result in the customer's forfeit of those funds and the release of Pajamas with Love LLC.'s obligation to deliver the product.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If packages are returned to Pajamas with Love LLC. due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Pajamas with Love LLC. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pajamas with Love Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Pajamas with Love LLC. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
